MSL Property Management is aggressively seeking to acquire value added apartment communities throughout the state of Florida. We take a thoughtful, structured, building block approach to acquiring communities. We look at the complete picture by reviewing in depth economic research of the community and surrounding area to current attitudes of the residents of the community.

If you have a property that you feel will be an interest to us please send us all the available information and will review the location. All brokers will be protected. Our investment criteria is as follows:

  1. Operating Partnership Units
  2. Apartment communities with 100 units and larger
  3. Age is not a criterion; will consider older properties with rehab potential.

Please provide the following information for each property submission:

  1. Detailed property description, including unit mix, market rents, concessions, unit size, unit and project amenities, floor plans, site plan, leasing brochure, itemization of deferred maintenance.
  2. Area and neighborhood description
  3. Area Map
  4. Project photographs
  5. Current rent roll
  6. YTD operating statements and the past year
  7. Property tax bills past two years
